Shipping Rates: When checking out, it helps to know shipping costs.
Our shipping options take 3-10 business days (plus processing time - see below).
- Orders under $50: $8.50 flat rate to anywhere in the US
- Orders over $50 but under $100: 11.50
- Orders over $100: $15.00
- Canadian orders are 27.50 or 47.50 (These costs are the USPS Global Priority numbers)
We have been asked about the shipping pricesi on our orders. ALL carriers, USPS, UPS, FEDEX have raised their prices recently. We do not markup up the cost of shipping. What you pay, is what we are charged
We apologize for what some customers have called 'high prices' but rather than raise our product prices to offset the costs, and make shipping look cheaper, we charge you what the carriers charge us.
International Shipping: Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time to countries other than Canada.
Processing Time: Most In-stock items will ship same day (M-F) before 4PM. Out of stock products, peak business time, and weekends/holidays may delay shipping.
Discreet shipping: Your privacy is very important to us and we make sure to be as discreet as possible in every way that we communicate with you, from your initial order to your package hitting your door. That's why we ship in plain boxes or white mailer bags, with no indication of the content inside. And the return address is just a street address.
Delivery Issues: We know adult products very well.. What we DO NOT know is your neighborhood, or level of safety, if the package is left at your address. Once we ship the product, you are responsible for it once the carrier, whether it's UPS, FEDEX or the Postman drops it off at your address. We offer signature required delivery as an option, but the cost the carriers charge us, is passed along to you. Should you have any questions regarding your package's location, the carrier will know much better than we will. So we will not be responsible for packages the carrier drops off at the location you entered at checkout.
- Customer refuses delivery of parcel for any reason.
- The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver parcel to customer address because customer is not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes.
- Customer provided an invalid or incomplete address.
- Customer redirected or changed delivery instructions including, but not limited to WILL CALL, CUSTOMER PICKUP, NEW DESTINATION
- Your parcel is returned by customs because merchandise is restricted from import into Customer's country.
- You refuse to pay duties and taxes.
